Why Imranics?
Real estate projects are often run across WhatsApp groups, Excel files and loose papers: land is bought before the numbers are complete, approvals between contractor, consultant and accountant go undocumented, and no one sees the full picture in time.
We built Imranics to bring all of that into one connected system: every number entered once, every approval stamped with its approver, and every party seeing what concerns them.
What you’ll find in Imranics
Who is it for?
For the real estate developer and everyone working with them on the same project: the project manager, consultant, contractor, supplier and accountant — plus custom roles the owner creates with their own permissions. Every member signs in with their own account and sees only the projects and modules the owner grants.
Our principles
- Every step documented: the sealed log keeps every action with its actor and time, never edited or deleted.
- Your data is yours: export it fully anytime (JSON, CSV, Excel, PDF) and delete your account yourself from settings.
- Everyone sees what’s theirs: permissions belong to the owner; a contractor, for example, doesn’t see costs or profits by default.
- Built for the Saudi context: a local execution library, building regulations in the feasibility study, and an Arabic-first interface with English.
- Clarity about numbers: feasibility figures come from official and market sources listed in the study’s “Sources” section; they are indicative, not a certified valuation, and we say so plainly.
