1. Definitions
The following words and phrases, wherever they appear in these terms and in the Privacy Policy, have the meanings set out below:
- “the Establishment”, “we” or “us”: Al-Nuqoosh Al-Muhtarifa Information Technology Est. (Commercial Registration No. 7055396647), which owns and operates the Imranics platform; “our” has the corresponding meaning.
- “the Platform” or “Imranics”: the Imranics platform, including its website, app and all its services and features, including Imranics AI.
- “the Company”: the business or entity for which an account is created on the Platform to manage its projects, and which is our contracting customer.
- “Account Owner”: the person who created and manages the Company account, and who handles the subscription, invites members and sets their permissions.
- “Member”: any person the Account Owner invites to work on the Company’s projects, such as employees, contractors, consultants and accountants, with the permissions the owner sets.
- “User” or “you”: anyone who uses the Platform, whether an Account Owner or a Member, and website visitors where applicable.
- “Company Account”: the Company’s space on the Platform and its projects, data, members and subscription.
- “Personal Account”: the verified mobile number a User signs in with, their email if added, and their personal settings.
- “Subscription”: the right to use the Platform in return for the chosen Plan’s fee, for a monthly or yearly term.
- “Plan”: a subscription level and its features, limits and price, as published on the pricing page.
- “Trial Period”: the free period (14 days) with which every new Company Account starts.
- “Company Data”: everything the Company and its Members enter into the Platform, including data, projects, files and documents.
- “Personal Data”: any data that can identify a specific person, as defined in the Personal Data Protection Law.
- “Aggregated Data”: statistical data derived automatically from use of the Platform that does not identify any company, project or person.
- “Outputs”: what the Platform produces, including feasibility studies, reports, estimates and Imranics AI answers.
- “Laws”: the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Acceptance
These terms are a binding agreement between you and the Establishment governing your use of the Platform. By using the platform or creating an account you agree to these terms and acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it to these terms.
3. The service and beta launch
Imranics is the operating system for real estate developers. It is currently in beta, and we may add, change or discontinue features. The service is provided “as is”; we make every effort to keep it running without interruption but do not guarantee it.
4. Pricing, payment and refunds
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial on the plan it chooses, with no card required. Plans and prices are published on the pricing page and are final, with no additional fees; no fees are charged without your subscription and consent. When a trial or subscription ends, the platform becomes read-only until you subscribe or renew, and your data is kept.
Payment: payment is currently by bank transfer to our account shown on the subscription page inside the platform, with the transfer receipt attached. Your subscription is activated once we verify that the full amount has arrived; fees for transfers from outside Saudi Arabia are paid by the sender. The paid period starts on the day of approval, or when your trial ends if you subscribe during it; renewals are added to the end of your current period. Upgrading to a higher plan starts on the day of approval at the published price, and the remaining days of the current period are not carried over. Switching from monthly to yearly on the same plan is added to the end of the current period, and moving to a lower plan or to monthly happens at renewal. Subscriptions don’t renew automatically — we remind you before yours ends, and your invoices are in Settings → Subscription.
Cancellation and refunds: you may get a full refund of your first subscription if you request it within 7 days of its approval; the platform then becomes read-only and your data is kept. After that period, and for renewals and upgrades, payments are non-refundable and the subscription stays active until the end of its paid period, and you may choose not to renew. In all cases we return duplicate transfers, amounts above what was due, and the amount of any request we did not approve. Refunds are requested by contacting us, and are returned within 14 business days to the account the transfer came from.
5. Your account and team
- You are responsible for the security of your mobile phone, for never sharing verification codes with anyone, and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to enter accurate information.
- The account owner is responsible for inviting members, setting their permissions, and telling us about any unauthorized use.
6. Your data and files
- Your data is yours; you grant us the right to process it as needed to provide, operate and protect the service.
- Aggregated data: we may use aggregated data, derived automatically from use of the platform, to improve and develop the service, provided it does not identify any company, project or person.
- If you enter data about other people, such as clients, owners, contractors and suppliers, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter and process it.
- Drawings, contracts and attachments are kept in private cloud storage tied to your account; we recommend keeping copies of your important documents.
- You can export your data or delete your account at any time from settings, and our Privacy Policy explains how we process your data and how long we keep it.
7. Limits of outputs
Feasibility results, district prices, time and cost estimates and Imranics AI answers are indicative. They are not a certified property valuation or financial, engineering or legal advice. Regulations and building permits must be verified with the municipality and competent authorities, and a specialist consulted before any investment decision.
8. Acceptable use
- Do not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to access data that isn’t yours, disrupt the platform, or test its security without written permission.
- Do not upload offensive content or content that infringes others’ rights.
9. Intellectual property
- The platform, its software, design and content, and the names “Imranics” and «عِمرانكس» and their logos are owned by Al-Nuqoosh Al-Muhtarifa Information Technology Est. and protected by intellectual property laws.
- Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your company’s purposes during the subscription term, and transfers no ownership in it.
- You may not copy the platform or any part of it, resell or sublicense it, modify or reverse-engineer it, or use its name and logo without the Establishment’s written permission.
- Your data, files and documents remain yours or your company’s.
- If you send us suggestions or feedback to improve the platform, we may use them without any obligation to you.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or restrict any account that breaches these terms or the law, or puts the platform or its users at risk, notifying you where possible. You may stop using the platform and delete your account at any time.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost profits, for decisions made based on the platform’s outputs, or for interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control. In all cases our total liability will not exceed what you paid us for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We aim to resolve any dispute amicably — please contact us first; failing that, the competent courts of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia have jurisdiction.
13. Changes and contact
We may amend these terms and will publish the new date at the top of the page. We will notify you by email of any material change a reasonable time before it takes effect; continuing to use the platform after it takes effect means you accept it, and you may delete your account if you don’t.
