Introduction
This policy explains the personal data Imranics processes, why and on what legal basis, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and your rights, in line with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations. You acknowledge reading it when you create your account. Terms used here have the meanings given in the definitions in the Terms of Use.
Who is responsible
Imranics is operated by Al-Nuqoosh Al-Muhtarifa Information Technology Est. (Commercial Registration No. 7055396647), the party responsible for processing your account data. For anything about your data: contact@imranics.com
Data we collect
- Account data (required): name, a mobile number verified with a code, and company name for the account owner. We don’t use passwords; you sign in with a code sent to your mobile each time.
- Optional data: email (to receive alerts and invoices by email), city and commercial registration number. You can use the platform without them.
- Payment data: the sender’s name, transfer date and receipt when you subscribe by bank transfer, to prove payment and issue your invoice; only our finance team can see them.
- Project data: what you and your team enter, such as schedules, requests, contracts, costs, units, clients and records.
- Files: drawings, contracts and attachments you upload, kept in private cloud storage.
- Technical data: sign-in and usage logs held by our service providers (such as IP address and sign-in time) for security, and your notification subscription ID if you enable notifications on a device.
Purposes and legal basis
- Providing the service: running your account, your team’s accounts and your projects, and sending notifications according to each user’s settings. Basis: performing our service agreement with you.
- Security and abuse prevention: protecting accounts and preventing repeated free trials. Basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the platform and its users.
- Billing and support: managing your subscription and answering your tickets. Basis: performing the agreement.
- Improving and developing the service: using aggregated data derived automatically that does not identify any company, project or person, as set out in the Terms of Use. Basis: our legitimate interest in developing the service.
- Legal obligations: such as keeping invoice records or responding to a competent authority. Basis: legal obligation.
We don’t sell your data, use it for advertising, or place advertising trackers in the platform.
Data about people your company enters
Your company may enter data about people who have no account, such as clients, owners, contractors and suppliers. The company is responsible for that data and for having a lawful basis to enter it; Imranics processes it on the company’s behalf and on its instructions, alongside the aggregated use that identifies no one, as set out in the Terms of Use. If one of these people contacts us about their data, we refer them to the company and help it respond.
Imranics AI
The assistant runs inside the platform in your browser on your project data. It doesn’t send your data to any external AI service, and it takes no action before you confirm.
What is stored in your browser
The platform stores your session, preferences (such as language) and a copy of your working data in your browser, to speed things up and to work on weak connections. This copy stays on the device after you sign out, so we recommend not using the platform on shared devices, or clearing browser data afterwards. Deleting your account clears it from the device you delete it from.
How we protect data
- Data travels encrypted over HTTPS and is stored encrypted in the database.
- Access controls are enforced on the server for data and files, limiting each member to what the account owner granted.
- Sign-in codes are sent only to your number, are valid for 10 minutes, and are limited per number to prevent abuse.
- Imranics staff access to admin tools is protected by two-factor authentication.
- Every project action is logged in a sealed record with name and time.
Your rights
The law gives you the following rights:
- To be informed: about the data we process, why and on what basis — as this policy explains.
- Access and a copy: export all your data as JSON, records as CSV and reports as PDF, or ask us for a copy.
- Correction: edit your name and email in ⚙ Settings, change your mobile number after verifying the new one with a code, or ask us to correct other data.
- Erasure: delete your account in ⚙ Settings → Security → Delete account permanently, or ask us to.
- Withdrawing consent: where processing relies on your consent, such as turning off notifications in ⚙ Settings → Notifications.
- Complaint: you may complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA); we welcome you contacting us first so we can resolve it.
If you can’t sign in, or another company entered your data, email contact@imranics.com. We verify your identity and respond within 30 days; this may be extended as the regulations allow, and we’ll let you know.
How long we keep data
- Account, project data and files: as long as the account exists.
- When an owner deletes their account: the company, its projects and data are deleted from the database immediately, and its uploaded files within 30 days.
- When a member deletes their account: the account is deleted and removed from the company, while their name stays on what they did or uploaded in its projects, as part of the company’s documented record of approvals and financial transactions. It remains as long as the company account exists and is deleted with it.
- Backups: deleted data may remain in the database provider’s backups for no more than 30 days before being erased automatically.
- Preventing repeat free trials: after an account is deleted we keep a digital fingerprint of your mobile number, and of your email if any (a SHA-256 hash of the normalized form), with the date of the first trial only. The fingerprint doesn’t reveal the number or email on its own, but it can be matched if either is known, so we treat it as personal data. We use it only to check for repeat trials, on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing abuse, and keep it for as long as the platform offers a free trial.
Children
The platform is intended for companies and professionals, not for anyone under 18.

We may update this policy; we’ll post the new date at the top of the page and notify you of any material change before it takes effect — by email if you’ve added one, or by a message to your mobile. For questions or to exercise your rights: contact@imranics.com
